Making a Claim
Three steps
1. Find your proof of purchase
Your order number, invoice, or the receipt from the store you bought it from.
2. Tell us what happened
Send us the model, the fault, and a photo or short video if the problem is visible.
3. We assess and resolve
We repair, replace, or refund - whichever fits the fault and the cover period.
